This year's plate was designed by Elizabeth Croft of Chicago, the daughter of festival committee members Joe and Mindy Croft. Elizabeth, a professional artist, has spent many hours enjoying the park while visiting her family and considers it an honor to have her art work selected.
The plate design features Tuscora Park and its amusement rides, including the carousel, train and ferris wheel. It also displays the Rotary wheel at the top of the carousel pavilion to illustrate the dedication New Philadelphia Rotarians have had in the creation of RTY Inc., the management company responsible for operating the park rides and concessions.
