Fair Housing Administration Program

You have the right to live where you want to live.

An individual’s Fair Housing rights are protected by state and federal laws. Fair housing laws prohibit discrimination in housing related transactions based on the following classes: Race or Color, National Origin, Ancestry, Religion, Sex, Familial Status, Disability or Military Status (OH Law). We are providing links below to Fair Housing laws, brochures, claim forms, etc. to help individuals understand Fair Housing. If an individual feels that he/she has been discriminated against, they can contact our office for assistance.
