SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

In 1998, New Philadelphia City Council passed legislation authorizing the Mayor’s office to administrate a program to assist residents in the cost of sidewalk replacement on public right-of-way. Varying amounts will be allocated for these projects on a first come – first serve basis after administrative ranking.

This info pack was developed to present the requirements of the program in a clear and concise manner. We hope it helps in determining whether your property qualifies for sidewalk replacement assistance. We continue to strive to make this and other services better.

Newly updated Tuscora
Park website.
One of best and most popular assets of New Philadelphia has received an electronic facelift. In reviewing the website for
Tuscora Park it was determined that a new fresh and more colorful approach would better showoff one of the most important destinations that thousands of children and adults visit each year.
The city owes a great big “Thanks!” to Prestige Creative Marketing for making this website makeover as their community service project for 2009. Thanks also goes to Rod Miller, Director of Parks and Recreation, Carey Gardner of
RTY, Inc. and Sam Hitchcock for his assistance with the
Park Place Teen
Center, Summer Showcase and
First Town Days information and links on the site.
