- In an effort to more efficiently process your
2008 City of New
Philadelphia income tax return
- and to reduce printing and mailing cost, we have decided
to post this notice
- to remind you that your municipal income tax form is due
April 15, 2009. Even though
- you have not received a tax package in the mail you must
still meet the filing and payment
- regulations required by the New Philadelphia
Income Tax Ordinance and the Ohio Revised Code.

- Your tax preparer has forms available that
he / she will use to complete your return,
- or call our office to have a set mailed to
you.

- Should you have any questions or problems
please contact the Income Tax Department at
- 330-364-4491 ext 508. Our hours are Monday - Friday 8:00
AM - 4:30 PM and on
- Wednesday from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

- If you are an employer and are no longer
required to withhold and remit New Philadelphia
- income tax, please contact our
office so that we may inactivate your account. The same is true
- if you have been withholding
New Philadelphia income tax as a courtesy for a New Philadelphia
- resident and will no
longer be doing so for 2009.
