Featured Rides:
Carousel The flagship attraction at Tuscora Park is a 1928 vintage Herschell-Spillman antique carousel that has been operating at Tuscora Park since 1941. This is one of only a few all-wooden carousels left anywhere. Thirty-six hand-carved, all wood jumping horses and two chariots travel around 14 original oil paintings. Music is provided by a Wurlitzer-style 153-band organ. Rider weight limit is 200 lbs. maximum. |
Rollercoaster * The roller coaster will provide youngsters with a thrilling ride around the 280-foot oval track. The nearby gazebo is a great place for parents to watch and take photos as their children come waving to them around the bend. The coaster was installed at Tuscora Park in 1990. Riders must be at least 40 inches tall. Rider weight limit is 200 lbs. maximum. |
Train The Tuscora Park Rotary Railroad offers a ride around the Park in a train pulled by a vintage locomotive. The railroad circles the miniature golf course with a turn past the roller coaster and view of the Park Pond before returning to the station. This train was obtained by the Park and installed here in 1984. |
Ferris Wheel For a smooth ride with a spectacular view high over Tuscora Park, don’t miss a turn on the ferris wheel. This vintage ride has been in operation at the Park since 1943 and has been equipped with modern drive and control technology. Children under 40 inches tall are to be accompanied by an adult. |
Swings * Our vintage chair swing ride has been a Tuscora Park favorite since it arrived here in 1988. Children and adults can enjoy a thrilling ride as their swinging seat rises into a refreshing breeze. Riders must be at least 40 inches tall. |
Airplanes This is a one-of-a-kind ride for youngsters under 40 inches tall. These handmade airplanes offer a flying adventure that even the youngest pilots can enjoy. Riders must be under 40 inches tall. |
Sky Fighters Another vintage amusement ride gives kids today the same thrill their parents enjoyed at the parks of a previous generation. The Skyfighters zoom through the air, taking off and landing as they complete their flight. Riders must be under 40 inches tall. |
Dune Buggies Flashing lights, noise, and action make this a popular ride for all kids under40 inches tall. The Tuscora Park Dune buggies are another vintage amusement ride that continues to be enjoyed by the latest generation of youngsters. |
Batting Cages Test your batting eye with slow pitch softball, a fastball for the older hitter, and other speeds in between. The batting cages provide you with a helmet, bat, and the opportunity to show off your home run stroke. |
*Must be at least 41” tall
